The lease or purchase of a new facility often also involves the prior or simultaneous disposition of an existing facility.
We are experienced in lease buyouts, subleases, sales, and exchanges to help you dispose of an unwanted property as a means to get you into your new facility in the quickest and most cost efficient manner.
